App: Wooden Animal Puzzle for Meta Quest
Operator: MIRAREAL
Effective date: November 5, 2026
Privacy contact: The developer support contact shown on this game's Meta Horizon Store listing
Information used on your headset
The App uses head, hand and controller poses, hand input, and room information such as floors and tables supplied by Meta Quest to support puzzle assembly, interactions with animals, placement and rendering. Access to room information may require your permission on the headset. This information is not automatically sent to our servers.
The App saves language, audio, display and control settings; puzzle progress and completion; visit-day records; animals, beds, plants and collected gifts; and the placement of the table, cabinet and other objects on the headset. It uses locally stored spatial anchors and their identifiers to restore positions in later sessions. The App does not share these records with other users or store them in a developer-operated cloud service.
Passthrough is displayed by Meta Quest's system. The App has no feature that reads, records or transmits passthrough camera images, and no microphone recording feature. Using hand and spatial information for interaction is distinct from recording camera footage.
Network use, advertising and analytics
During an online session, the App requests a broad age category from Meta's User Age Category API. This category is based on the Meta account; the App does not receive a date of birth or an exact age. Our app code does not request a user ID or profile for this purpose. The returned category is handled only in process memory and is not saved, written to logs or sent to us. The App offers the same single-player features across categories. Offline access or a failed request does not block gameplay.
The App has no developer account registration, advertising, online multiplayer or in-app purchase features. It does not automatically send usage records to us. Operational logs may remain on the headset; they are not uploaded automatically.
Meta separately handles age-category API and Meta SDK communications, Meta accounts, purchases, downloads, and device and store services under its own terms and privacy policies. This policy does not replace Meta's policies for that independent processing.
Optional play records
If you turn on Play records under About in Settings, the App records milestones and times on your headset to help investigate how easily play progresses. These include starting, puzzle successes, memory play, pauses and resumes, and save results. Recording is OFF by default. Leaving it OFF does not change gameplay or progress saving, and actions before consent are not added retrospectively.
Records include the app version, device class, language, hand or controller input, selected display and assistance settings, puzzle and animal identifiers, first or returning use, and randomly generated record identifiers. These records do not contain your name, account ID, headset serial number, age category, hand or room coordinates, images, audio or speech. They are not sent automatically, and we do not automatically collect them from your headset.
You can turn recording OFF at any time. Turning it OFF leaves earlier record files on the headset; turning it on again uses a new record identifier. Stop and delete stops recording and deletes the local play records while keeping game progress and settings. Recording stops at a total of 10 MiB without automatically deleting older records. Deleting records on the headset does not delete copies you separately provided for support. To delete those copies, contact us as described below.
Retention and deletion
Reset progress in Settings deletes puzzle, story, animal-home and gift progress. Audio and other settings, language, table and other layout preferences, and optional play records remain. Bed spatial anchors may remain in the headset system. Play records can be deleted separately with Stop and delete.
The App's progress and settings remain on the headset until you delete them. You can remove its local app data through the headset's storage settings or by uninstalling the App. This removes your progress. The current App disables application cloud backup. If a backup from a previous version exists, or you wish to remove spatial information managed by Meta, also review Meta's relevant controls.
If you voluntarily send us an email, logs or images for support, we use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. You do not need to send unnecessary personal information or images of your room. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, use the developer support contact above with the subject “Wooden Animal Puzzle data request”, regardless of your region. We do not charge for deletion requests. If information must be retained by law, we will explain why. We cannot remotely erase data held only on your headset, but can explain the relevant on-device steps.
We retain support records only for as long as needed to answer the request and investigate the issue, and delete them when no longer needed. Information subject to a legal retention requirement is retained only for the required period.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes. Any new features that change data processing will be accompanied by corresponding updates and explanations.
